Library Appointment Policy

General Guidelines

  1. Appointments are required for one-on-one tutorials, research help & inquiries, and classroom instruction.
  2. Walk-ins may be accommodated based on staff availability, but priority is given to those with scheduled appointments.
  3. Each appointment is limited to a maximum of one (1) hour.

Booking and Confirmation

  1. Appointments must be scheduled at least one (1) day in advance.
  2. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking.
  3. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact the library at a.librarian@aiias.edu.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  1. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify the library at least two (2) hours before your scheduled appointment.
  2. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may affect your ability to book future appointments.

Conduct and Compliance

  1. Visitors must follow library rules, including maintaining a quiet study environment, handling materials properly, and respecting others.
  2. Library spaces used for appointments must be kept clean and organized after use.
  3. The library reserves the right to modify or cancel appointments if necessary.
