The Leslie Hardinge Library ensures fair and efficient access to its resources for the AIIAS community and approved users. To help everyone make the most of our services, here are the key borrowing guidelines:
ID Requirement: Borrowers must present a valid AIIAS or Library ID card. IDs are non-transferable.
Borrowing Privileges:
- AIIAS Faculty: 30 books + 15 on-call books
- AIIAS Students: 20 books (up to 2 reserve books)
- AIIAS Staff & Spouses: 2 books (may be recalled anytime)
- Institutional Users: 10 items (may be recalled anytime)
- Other Approved Users: 2 books (may be recalled anytime)
Loan Periods & Fines
Loan periods and fines vary depending on the type of collection:

Collections for In-House Use Only
The following collections are available for use only within the library premises:
- Reference Materials
- Periodicals
- Heritage and Rare Book Materials
- Instructional & Media Resources Center Collections
- EGW Branch Office Collections
Important Notes:
- Fines over ₱100 suspend borrowing privileges until cleared.
- Borrowers are responsible for damages, loss, and associated processing fees.
- Report lost items promptly to stop accumulating fines.
