Required submission to the Library:

- A fully accomplished repository form
- Two (2) print copies of the thesis, dissertation, DMin project, or DMiss project
- One (1) print copy of the MBA, Education, or Public Health project
- Electronic copy of the thesis, dissertation, DMin project, DMiss project, MBA project, Education project, or Public Health project

- Print and electronic copies of research work
- Completed ProQuest submission
- Fully accomplished repository form
- Cleared library accounts (both the the library counter and IMRC)
