The Leslie Hardinge Library is open to all individuals who are seeking for spiritual growth and knowledge from the vast pool of information available in the collection.
How do you benefit from this service?
- Present your valid school/organization ID and referral letter from your librarian to the security guard on duty at AIIAS main gate.
- The guard will give you a visitor’s pass in exchange of your ID. He will also instruct you on the way to the library.
- At the library counter, present your visitor’s pass and give the referral letter. You must also pay Php50 as a library fee and read and sign an agreement form.
- The personnel will also give you the visiting researcher’s ID. You need to wear the ID during your stay in the library.
The researchers need to abide by the policies of the library and the Philippine Copyright Law. The library is open to visiting researchers from Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM only.
Services for Visiting Researchers:
- Library Access – Visiting researchers may use the library’s study areas and reference collections during operating hours.
- Research Assistance – Our librarians can assist with research inquiries, resource navigation, and citation guidance.
- Electronic Resources – Access to selected online databases and digital collections is available within the library premises.
- Document Delivery – Limited photocopying and printing services are available for academic use, in compliance with copyright policies.
- Workspaces – Quiet study spaces and research desks are provided for focused academic work.
Note: Borrowing privileges are generally limited to AIIAS students and faculty. Visiting researchers are encouraged to consult a library staff regarding access to specific materials.
